Delete your StudyHatch account

StudyHatch by ApexGrid Software Development

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

Open StudyHatch and go to Settings.
In the Account section, tap Delete account.
Confirm by tapping Delete forever.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have the app, email studyhatch.support@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my StudyHatch account”. We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address
All synced decks, notes and cards
Your review history and settings
Images you added to cards

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Data is removed from our active systems right away. Copies in our providers' backups expire on their normal schedule, typically within 30 days.

Want to keep your cards? Before deleting, open each deck and tap Share deck to save a copy of its cards as a file.
If you used StudyHatch without signing in, there's no account to delete: your data is only on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
